Identify the façade system and panel

Provide elevation references, panel numbers and original glazing schedules where available. Note whether the concern is breakage, seal deterioration or water entry. Different concerns may require different specialists or investigation before glass replacement is appropriate. A photograph can help identify a location, but it cannot establish the complete system specification.

Establish feasibility before committing to work

Removal and installation methods depend on the façade design, panel size and safe access. Occupancy, lifting arrangements and the condition of adjacent construction may affect the plan.
